A main principle of Aikido is that the strength and energy of an attacker is directed and used to your advantage. Thus, all body types can join, all it takes is desire and practice
Is the OUC Aikido Club expensive?
No, fees are $5 per semester to replace worn out training equipment. After some time, you may want to purchase a training uniform , or dogi, as they are far more practical to train in. They cost roughly $50 and last several years
When and where does the club train?
Typically in the South court of the NKC gymnasium Tuesdays and Thursdays 6 to 8pm.
