As the campus elearning Instructional Support Specialist, Janine focuses on assisting professors with their teaching and research related technology needs. This is an exciting field as technology changes constantly. The process involves an in-depth analysis of how technology can help with the teaching and learning process, implementation schedules that are realistic and then analyzing the effectiveness of these technologies. The newest member of the Centre is Vania Chan, who joins the Centre as an e-Learning Instructional Support Specialist. Vania will be providing support for iClickers, Remark Optical Mark Reading, and WebCT Vista among other technologies. More>>

Heather Hurren
Manager, Academic Development
Heather assists faculty with course design, teaching methodologies and assessment. She still loves getting into the classroom. Heather facilitates many communities of practice and works closely with teaching assistants and graduate students as well. More>>
