Kelowna is located on Highway 97 approximately 400 km (240 miles) from Vancouver and 600 km (360 miles) from Calgary. Kelowna is 150 km (90 miles) north of the United States border, and is easily accessible by air, and by bus and car via Highway 1, 3 or 5.

By Air
Kelowna International Airport is located a short 5-minute drive from the conference venue and is served by the following airlines:

Kelowna can be reached from 372 worldwide destinations with only one connection. Non-stop destinations are Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Las Vegas, Prince George, Seattle, Vancouver, Victoria. See City of Kelowna website for details.

By Road
From Vancouver to the city of Kelowna is around a 5 hour scenic drive along well-maintained highways that are 4 lanes for most of the way. See more details on the website of the tourist information center in Kelowna. Visitors may drive in BC for up to 6 months with a valid driver's licence from another province, state or country.

Greyhound Lines of Canada offers regularly scheduled service across Canada and the United States to Kelowna. Passenger fares and schedule information are available on the website of greyhound lines.
